Established as the ticketing expert worldwide and operating the industry's leading universal e-ticketing platform, Hahn Air's mission is to connect 100,000 travel agencies worldwide through every GDS or the internet, with all technically capable airlines of the world. The goal is to provide seamless access to passenger data at all boarding points, across all continents.


Hahn Air, the ticketing expert, designed its ticketing platform (HR-169) for travel agents and suppliers. Simplifying the most complex ticketing scenarios, it enables Travel Agents to issue published fares for a wide variety of international carriers.

Currently we have over 240 interline e-ticketing (IET) agreements with airlines and are present in over 190 markets, including (Non-) BSP and ARC countries worldwide. Thus we are the world's number-one platform.

Following this year's maxim "Your Ticketing Choice - Our Commitment 2011", Hahn Air has expanded its commitment to travel agents with these new services:

  • "Your Rooster" e.g. enables any IATA travel agency registered on www.hahnair.com to waive an ADM once a year which is related to HR-169 e-ticketing. Full terms and conditions are available on Hahn Air website www.hahnair.com
  • Airline insolvency insurance: Hahn Air guarantees that all passengers in possession of a Hahn Air electronic ticket get a full refund of the unused ticket in the event of the operating airline declaring bankruptcy. An insurance confirmation can be printed out from the Hahn Air website.
  • Enhanced route network mapping service on Hahn Air's Website: The latest release includes several feature enhancements so that both airport and airline centric maps can be loaded and displayed. Both versions have improved zoom and pan capabilities together with links through to Google maps for all airports featured in the map displays.
  • Hahn Air College on www.hahnair.com offers travel agents a fun and easy way to learn about HR products and services. Audio and video recordings explaine step by step how to for example use the Quick Check tool to verify ticketing availability on electronic HR-169.
  • In August Hahn Air extended its opening hours. Hahn Air's Service Desk can now be contacted on workdays (Monday - Friday) from 9:00a.m. to midnight CET (Central European Time) at: +49 6103 5013 200; service@hahnair.com
